If the item is in stock, it is dispatched to you within 3 working days.
For UK deliveries, orders for Wald products are sent by Royal Mail 1st class for small and single items. My Hermes is used for parcels (delivers within 1-3 days).
For deliveries outside the UK, please contact email@example.com for a shipping quote.
Should the item be out of stock, it will take 21 days to be available again. If you see something you like and it’s out of stock, please get in touch so we set the wheels in motion quickly for you.
Your order will be sent directly by Wald (who receives your name and address), as instructed by Chalk & Moss.

Shipping your order within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £5.95. If you spend more than £100, shipping is free!
Please note that shipping for furniture must be calculated according to each order. So to avoid incurring an additional charge after you’ve made a purchase, I suggest contacting me first for an accurate quote on firstname.lastname@example.org.
The delivery method varies, depending on the product and quantity you buy.
If you’d like something delivered outside the UK, do drop a line here and we’ll arrange this for you.
A flat rate shipping cost will show on checkout. However, large or delicate orders will incur an extra shipping cost after you place your order. You’ll have the right to cancel your order at that point, if you’re not happy with the additional cost.
The flat rate generally applies to lighter items and are as follows:
Mainland Europe: £12.95
North America: £25
Please drop us a line before you place your order on email@example.com. We’ll give you an accurate shipping cost (which could be less or more than the flat rate) and take you through the order if you’d like to go ahead, thus avoiding an additional charge post order.
Please note; you may be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country, outside the UK. This is out of our control and you are responsible for paying any such charges.
About the designer
Wald – Well designed monochrome products for a more interesting and organised life.
All paper products are printed and finished in England using either recycled or FSC certified paper. All components such as cork, hooks and even twine are sourced from manufacturers in either England or Europe.
Wald is founded by Jakob Creswell-Rost and Freya Hawtin. Both are trained in 3D design as well as studies in Art and Graphic design. Their previous brand WitShop has worked with shops including Liberty, V&A, RA, Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. They now take this valued experience forward in developing a new direction and collection under Wald.
