These all purpose organic cotton drawstring cotton bags are your best friend when it comes to zero waste living. Use them as a replacement any time you’d have needed a plastic bag, for clothes, food and more. I even use mine as a camera bag!
All Purpose Cotton Drawstring Bag from The Organic Company
The Organic Company cotton all purpose cotton drawstring bag is a handy and sustainable storage bag that keeps just about anything clean, safe and plastic free without chemicals. So put your clothes in them, store fruit and veg in cupboards or in the fridge and separate your food when shopping to avoid the pointless plastic bag (just pop the apples in your organic cotton bag instead).
The organic cotton gauze weave is breathable and has a drawstring for easy closing. The all purpose cotton drawstring bag is washable for longevity. Your gateway to zero waste living!
If you take your all purpose bag bulk shopping, ask the cashier to weigh the bag first and take that off the total weight, when you’ve gathered your nuts, rice, pulses or anything else you need. I usually carry 3 or 4 bags with me, in different sizes.
Available in Clay, Pale Rose or Black, in sizes S/M/L.
Small: 16 x 22 cm, 10 grams
Medium: 24 x 30 cm, 18 grams
Large: 30 x 40 cm, 26 grams

About the Designer
The Organic Company
The Organic Company is a Danish brand with a buy less, buy better mentality.
Since 2007, founder Joy Vasiljev has developed the company to produce meaningful home textiles that continue to push organic standards. All their products have the Soil Association accreditation and are certified with the international organic label GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standard).
The GOTS standard focuses on 2 major areas; environment and social responsibility, and guarantees that all fabrics are free from toxins and heavy metals, and international workers rights are respected. The products are responsibly made in India, from there where the cotton also originates.
Based in Copenhagen, The Organic Company values design, quality and respect for people and nature.
“In a time when humanity needs to rethink the future, we consider responsible business as a necessary game changer.”
Joy Vasiljev, founder of The Organic Company
