Abstract art print – MAN A
In the words of the artist, Maud Goldberg:
MAN A and MAN B are two sides of the same plate.
Emotional times call for illustrative studies. As a sensitive and connected individual, I appreciate the contrasts in the tumultuous aspects of everyday life. I try to capture experiences, feelings, states of being with a pared back series of lines, sometimes figurative. As if to share brutally where I’m at, and connect to others who may find themselves there too. Or those connect with those who are in need of finding that place of peace, wonder and simplicity in tough times.
The MAN A abstract art print is a rectangular format of varying sizes, with a choice of frames or unframed.
Hand-drawn Giclée print digitally finished. The artwork is printed on Hahnemühle heavy weight archival quality paper, with inks that last over 100 years.

About the Designer
Art + Design
Maud Goldberg is an artist and designer working alone and collaboratively with other designer makers. Her studio opened doors recently as a result of a pause, where she considered where to take her work after a number of years of academic studies in the field. Throughout her practice in every medium and projects, Maud focuses on everyday life, automatic responses to experiences and hunts for visual analogies in the urban and natural landscapes; something to find what is needed to make sense of things and come to a place of peace.
MAUD GOLDBERG STUDIO
The Studio is a hub for research and creative practice in contemporary Art + Design. Maud works from a Conceptual Art basis with a range of materials and processes that are on the cusp of Art, Design and Craft. Heavily influenced by Modernism and Arte Povera in philosophy and form. Maud is currently working on a number of different projects. Producing drawings and paintings for Art Prints and updating her Photography archive (it is her palette for all colours used in Art prints and Pattern work). She has given sculpture and Installation a pause, only to let it develop into a new stage of 3 dimensional practice.
Maud is in the midst of a Collaborative Conceptual Design Project. The project is growing from that dynamic place between Craft, Design and Conceptual Art. It celebrates sustainability, natural local resources, challenges Design and Craft methods and processes. With a flexible approach, objects become organic responses to concepts, materials, processes and collaborative practice.
About this series of Artwork
A series of Giclée prints from original handmade drawings. The digital finish is where Maud adds colour from her photographic archive, connecting her work back to the land, natural and urban. These pieces are all based on elements and experiences from our everyday life. The abstract and minimal approach adds and captures the essence of the Artwork origin, making contact with it through a considered mix of contrast and balance in form and colour.
